Eastbound Long Island Expressway:
Exit 63 Mt. Sinai (North Ocean Ave) turn left. Proceed approx. 4 miles to Route 112. Turn Left on Route 112, proceed north to Port Jefferson. Continue across railroad tracks to first traffic light (North Country Road) and turn right. Proceed to next traffic light (Belle Terre Road) and turn left. Pass Mather Hospital on right and proceed 1/2 mile down on Belle Terre Road. St. Charles will be on left side. Enter at the Diagnostic Treatment Center
Eastbound Northern State Parkway:
Follow to end of parkway. Follow signs to Route 347. Take Route 347 to Route 112. Turn left, heading north on Route 112 and proceed as above.
Westbound Long Island Expressway:
Exit 64 (Route 112). Turn right, take Route 112 northbound and proceed as above.
By Train:
Long Island Railroad trains terminate at Port Jefferson. Taxi service is available from the station.
