Preoperative Information
Your child will be having surgery by one of the pediatric urologic surgeons of Pediatric
Urology Associates. These pages will answer most of the questions that you might
have regarding the preoperative period, the day of surgery and the postoperative period.
You may not yet know the location where your child’s surgery will take place; however,
this page provides you information about each of the possible surgical facilities.
When you are called to set a surgery date, please schedule your child’s postoperative visit.
This should be an important resource for you and should answer the majority of your
