Paul F. Zelkovic, M.D.
Dr. Zelkovic joined Pediatric Urology Associates in 2005. He received his undergraduate education at Yale University. He attended Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. Dr. Zelkovic received his general surgery training and completed his urologic residency training at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed his pediatric urology fellowship at Schneider Children’s Hospital in New Hyde Park, New York.
While a resident Dr. Zelkovic performed basic science research regarding the neurologic anatomy and functions of the bladder and lower urinary tract. He has also published articles concerning the minimally invasive treatment of renal tumors.
Dr. Zelkovic directs the Pediatric Urology Grand Rounds teaching conference program at Westchester Medical Center, Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital. He is a member of the American Urological Association and the Society for Pediatric Urology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
His specific interests include reconstructive pediatric urology and laparoscopic surgery.
