Directions From: Westchester, Rockland, So. Orange County:
New York State Thruway North to Exit 16 (Route17-Harriman) Route 17 West to Exit 122 (Crystal Run Crossing) At 1st traffic light, turn right. At next traffic light turn left onto Crystal Run Road. Continue approximately 1/3 mile, past the Holiday Inn to the next traffic light. Turn right at light (notice sign for 100 Crystal Run)
NOTE: Sign for Westchester Medical Center & Children’s Hospital-Orange Specialty Center in lower right hand comer of sign. Drive to the LAST BUILDING marked #100 Park in front of the building. Enter the middle doorway entrance. Upon entering the building, go into the 1st door on the left Suite #108 (Orange Specialty Practice of Westchester Medical Center and Children’s Hospital)
Directions From Sullivan County And Points North:
Route 17 East to exit 122 (Crystal Run Road) At traffic light turn right. Go to 2nd traffic light and turn right: (notice sign for 100 Crystal Run).
