Joan T. Volpe, M.S.N., C.P.N.P.

Joan Volpe received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Boston University. She then earned her Pediatrics Nurse Practioner from Columbia University and has been certified by the National Certification Board of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Joan has worked as the Pediatric Nurse Educator at Winthrop University Hospital where she was responsible for staff development in Pediatrics and Peds ICU. Joan joined Pediatric Urology Associates with a solid background in Pediatric Primary Care after working for Seaford Pediatrics. She is an active member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurses Associates and Practitioners, a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society, and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her special interest is the care of the Pediatric Urology surgical patients. Joan sees patients in our Lake Success office.
