We are located directly behind Greenwich Hospital

Take Interstate 287 East to Interstate 95 North (towards CT)
Take exit 3 off of I95 (Arch Street - Greenwich exit)
At bottom of ramp - at light make left onto Arch Street (at this point start following signs for Greenwich Hospital
At your 3rd light make a left turn onto Soundview Road (up a hill)
At the top of the hill Soundview Road turns into Field Point Road
At 2nd light bear left following Field Point Road
At your 3rd light you will be crossing over Boston Post Road (passing the Greenwich Library on your right)
You will follow this road to a traffic circle and you will take the 1st right off the traffic circle onto Lake Avenue
Before reaching Greenwich Hospital the entrance for our office is on the left
At 49 Lake Avenue Greenwich Medical Building, Palmers Professional Pharmacy
We are located on the 2nd floor of the Greenwich Medical Building
We share this office with Greenwich Urological Associates
